We collect only what we need to run Medhya, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
- Your purchases, membership status, invoices and any waitlists you join.
- On your own device (browser storage): reading position, highlights, notes, bookmarks, reader settings and reading-time statistics.
How we use it
To give you access to your books and membership, to process payments and issue GST invoices, to send important account emails, and, if you subscribe, our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process payments. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Google, for sign-in.
- Our hosting provider, to run the service.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
Cookies
We use one essential, secure cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted, at any time by emailing mohit@veoksha.com. We keep invoices for as long as Indian tax law requires.
